What is Powder Coating?

How Does Powder Coating Work?

What Process Does Each Piece Go Through?

Each piece must be stripped and cleaned.
Each piece is then inspected.
Repairs are made (welding), if necessary.
Piece is powder coated.
Piece is put into our 20x6x6 foot oven.
Piece is removed from oven and cooled on our special racks until you take it home.

WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS LIKE THEY WERE OUR OWN. ALL POWDER COATED ITEMS ARE KEPT ON SPECIAL RACKS TO ENSURE AN UNBLEMISHED FINISHED!
